RELIGIOUS AND SOCIAL WELFARE COMMITTEE 2012

 

  1. To organize any religious functions and events such as combined services at FSM and other institutions such as USP
  2. Organizing invitation to any speakers or religious groups for  presentation to or interaction with SIMSA, including during combined service
  3. Counseling of any members of SIMSA academically, spiritually, socially or during bereavement etc.
  4. Representation of such persons as in (3 above) in the case of emergency to the Finance and Executive committees’ if there is any need of assistance, financial or otherwise as (If there is an emergency, the religious committee shall advocate on behalf of the victim to the president)
  5. Caring for the welfare of the SIMSA members, .i.e. in times of sickness and bereavement etc. and generally to “look after” the students
